Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with head and neck cancer stage III A to IV B various sites undergoing chemo/radiation therapy. Age = 18 years Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-existing sleep disorders, psychiatric conditions affecting sleep. Patient who is unable to follow the questionnaire
