Intervention1: Passive stretching: Treatment protocol (include six passive stretching for lower limb and 4 passive stretching for upper limb, muscles will be held in stretched position for 30 seconds

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female 2. Between the age range of 18-40 3. Sedentary behaviour 4. Participants with IDRS more than or equal to 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers 2. Unco-operative patient 3. Pregnant females 4. Individual diagnosed with diabetes mellitus either type1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus 5. Individual with any history of cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, psychological issue etc. which affect the outcome measures and study intervention. 6. Stage 2 hypertension
