Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the oropharyngeal leak pressures between the two supraglottic airway devices(LMA Protector and I-Gel) 15 min after pneumoperitoneum with head down tilt in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological surgeryTimepoint: 15 mins after pneumoperitoneum and trendelenberg position

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare between two devices OLP 10 mins after insertion Peak airway pressure Ease of insertion Insertion time Number of attempts taken Ease of gastric tube insertion Fibreopticglottic view Intraoperative & postoperative complications(laryngospam, blood staining of SGA, postoperative sore throat) Timepoint: 10 mins after insertion & 15 mins after pneumoperitoneum & trendelenberg position
