Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anal Fissure. Patients of all genders. Age 18-60 years. Patients must be able and willing to provide written informed consent and comply with the requirements of this study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissures associated with the third and fourth-degree or thrombosed piles Malignancy Multiple fissures. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Patients with Systemic disease
