Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Phase I: Physically fit individuals who have an active lifestyle and do not engage in any form of muscle-strengthening exercises. Phase II: Patient having osteoarthritis of knee joint (Kellgren and Lawrence grade-2 or 3)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Phase I: -Individuals involved in strengthening exercise. -Histoy of knee injury/surgery. -Disease affecting the musculoskeletal system. Phase II: -Histoy of knee injury/surgery. -Knee joint deformity. -Disease affecting the musculoskeletal system. -Metal Senstivity. -Needle phobea. -Skin Infection. -Blood clotting disorder.
