Inclusion criteria: Oldenburg burnout inventory score ranging from 44-64

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women H/O Cardiac disorders H/O Psychiatric disorders H/O intake of medicines for psychiatric conditions H/O any other serious systemic illness
