Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non bleeding thrombosed heamorrhoids. 2. Patients from 30years to 65 years age group are included. 3. All Patients with thrombosed heamorrhoids will be included irrespective of caste, socio-economic status, religion and gender. 4. External thrombosed haemorrhoid only. 5. Patients suffering from pain, tenderness and swelling due to thrombosed heamorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other systemic illness. 2. Patients on anti-coagulant, local analgesics.

Measure	Time frame
Primary outcome is to analyze reduction of pain, tenderness and swelling in Arshas (thrombosed heamorrhoids) based on VAS scale, tenderness grading and swelling grading respectively. Timepoint: AFTER 14 DAYS	—
