Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of loose mucoid stool with or without blood. Willing to participate in the study and follows the instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe watery diarrhoea. Age below 2 and above 12 years. Known case of intussusception and ulcerative colitis. Known case of malignancy like leukaemia, carcinoma of colon etc. Known case of any systemic disease.
