Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ready to be trained for protocols for at least 1000 minutes (40 sessions of 25 minutes) Healthy individuals free from all chronic diseases and injuries Familiar to yogic exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 55 years Falling to either being agree for or completing the training Suffering from any kind of acute or chronic cardio-respiratory diseases, or psychiatric disorder People on the medication of any chronic disease specially related to cardio-respiratory and mental health Subjects with history of smoking Underwent any kind of brain surgery

Brain Wave Parameters (Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta and Gama waves) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV)Timepoint: Continuous measurement during a single session of Pranayama of 14 minutes and 56 seconds

Eprowth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), Respiratory Rate (RR), Heart Rate (HR), Oxygen Saturation (SpO2), Blood Pressure (BP) Timepoint: Pre and post measurement of around 25 minutes session;Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Relaxation State Questionnaire (RSQ), Profile of Mood State (POMS)Timepoint: One day prior to the protocol and immediately after completion of the protocol
