Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diabetic patient with HbA1c value 6 -8 % 2 Patients having acute and chronic pulpitis. 3 Tooth mobility grade 1 2 or 3 4 Patient who is physically fit to perform jalandhar bandha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient having bleeding disorders like hemophilia and scurvy 2 Patient with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or HbA1c more than 8 % 3 Patient with cervical spondylitis 4 Pregnant patient 5 Patient having impacted tooth
