Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute stroke who admitted in neurology department. 2. Age above 18 years will be included 3. Both Males and Females will be included 4. Patients with mRS score 1-4 will be included 5. Patients with NIHSS score 2-20 will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Unconsciousness and Cognitive difficulty will be excluded 2. Patients with Cooperation difficulty will be excluded 3. Patients who lack internet and a smartphone will be excluded
