Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult female patients of 18 years to 70 years having urinary incontinence will be included in the study. Urinary incontinence of urge, stress, and mixed type along with uterine prolapse up to 3rd degree will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prolapse uterus of above 3rd degree, infection, Cancer, IUCD, vaginal pessary, and vaginal packing will be excluded from the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) PFM contraction pressure using the perineometer 2) Severity of urinary incontinence using ICIQ-UI SF.Timepoint: The independent variables will be recorded at baseline, and at follow-up at 4th, 8th, and 16th week of intervention, and then at 22nd week (3months after intervention completion).
