Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 11 to 16 years 2. State and national level professional swimmers for past 1 year 3. Actively participating in the competition atleast for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any injury/surgery around shoulder, elbow, and wrist complex for past 6 month. 2. Those who are having sense of shoulder pain and/or discomfort after swimming. 3. Currently complaining of any musculoskeletal pain.
