Intervention1: Selected kriyas with yogic practices: Selected kriyas such as Jala Neti, vamana dhauti and kaphalabhati for every fortnight for 16 weeks and one hour yogic practices for 4 days per week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women Patients with mild persistent Asthma aged between 35-40 will be included. 2.Only patients referred by physicians as mild persistent women asthmatic patients with medications will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other age group and other gender patients will be excluded in this study. 2.Patients not conformed by Physician will be excluded. 3.Patients without oral medications will be excluded.
