Interventions

Intervention1: selected yogasanas: The fatty liver patients will receive Yogasana practice for 30 mins-5 days a week for 6 weeks. Control Intervention1: not applicable: not applicable

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group: 25 to 55 years 2.Both gender 3.Patients with dyslipidaemia with or without medication. 4.Peoples who are willing to participate in study. 5.BMI normal or above normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hepatic disorder : Liver Cirrhosis, Alcoholic fatty liver disease, Chronic and acute liver disease including viral hepatitis C& B, Fibrosis of liver, Jaundice, Liver Carcinoma. 2.Alcohol consumption (men, more than 20 g/day, and women, more than 10 g/day). 3.Chronic or acute kidney disease. 4.Beyond Stage 2 Hypertension. 5.Diebetes mellitus type 2 beyond 10 years of onset. 6.Myocardial infarction and Cardiomyopathies. 7.Hernia. 8.Recent Surgeries within one year.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Liver Enzyme Markers; Serum Liver Enzymes- ALT, AST, GGT, ALP will be assessed. Timepoint: Pre and Post-results are checked through Liver Enzyme Markers. Serum Liver Enzymes- ALT, AST, GGT, ALP will be assessed among patients with Grade-1 and Grade 2 Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease for 6 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Lipid Profile, BMI & Waist-Hip ratio. Timepoint: Lipid Profile ,BMI & Waist-Hip ratio will be checked before & after the intervention among patients with Grade-1 & Grade 2 Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease for 6 weeks.
