Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA status from 1to 3 2. Surgery whipples procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA 4 2. Local anaesthetic allergy 3. Infection at injection site 4. Coagulopathy 5. Critical coronary artery disease 6. Renal dysfunction 7. Hepatic dysfunction ( CTP SCORE of C)
