Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 18 diagnosed with any cancer undergoing cancer therapy ,Identification before the initiation of treatment,Patients undergoing treatment in the Department of paediatric hematology & oncology Kasturba Medical College ,Manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure of the guardian or child/adolescent to sign the informed consent form accepting participation in the study,Interruption, for any reason, of the monitoring section of the present study,Patient lost the follow up
