Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects aged between 21–70 years, irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, socio-economic status and educational status. 2.Subjects who fulfills the diagnostic criteria of 2nd and 3rd degree internal hemorrhoids such as Arshas having Mridu, Prasruta, Avagadha and Ucchritani, Rakta Srava and Vibandha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemorrhoids associated with Rectal prolapse 2.Thrombosed pile mass 3.Hemorrhoids associated with Fistula-in-Ano 4.Subjects contraindicated for Kshara Karma 5.Subject with other systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease 6.Subjects with Autoimmune diseases 7.Pregnancy

Significant change in the size of internal hemorrhoidal masses, bleeding and constipation Timepoint: 0th, 3rd,7th,14th,and 21st day

MeasureTime frame
To improve the quality of life. Generation of in-depth analyzed data on different aspect of the disease. Generation of the data on possible unexpected adverse reaction.Timepoint: 0th, 3rd,7th,14th,and 21st day
