Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients presenting with general symptoms of udar roga and symptoms of pittodara more than 1 year with episodic presentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute pancreatitis with NBM Intestinal obstruction (baddhagudodar) Intestinal perforation (chhidrodara) Ascities(jalodara) Internal bleeding Gastro esophageal varicosity Acute and severe systemic illness like diarrhoea, vomiting etc.. Acute Ulcerative colitis Patients of liver cirrhosis Terminal illness of liver involvement with encephalopathy Any other mallingnancy. Unconscious patients
