Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants are 18 years and above, with filarial lymphedema. 2. Patient should be a permanent resident of the area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with any other form of edema (swelling other than filariasis). 2. Bed ridden patients
