Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students who are diagnosed with Primary dysmenorrhea 2. Age between 16 years and 25 years 3. Pain intensity = 6 on NPRS 4. Screened with WaLIDD score 5. Sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with PCOS, Endometriosis, Pelvic inflammatory diseases 2. Subjects with H/O low back pain not related to dysmenorrhea 3. Any previous gynaecological surgeries 4. Performing yoga asanas 5. On NSAIDs for pain relief during or before menstruation
