Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1] Children aged 6-11 years with an acute on chronic onset [Intermittent or persistant bronchial Asthma as per GINA sevearity classification21], irrespective of Gender and Socio-economic status. 2]Children whose parents are willing to give consent and children’s assent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1]Children with acute / Severe complicated bronchial asthma and status Asthmaticus with any one of SPO2 less than 92, cyanosis needing immediate intervention were excluded. 2]Children with Congenital lung or cardiac anomalies. 3]Children with known case of other chronic respiratory conditions like pulmonary tuberculosis, COPD, lung abscess, bronchiectasis.
