Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with age group of 18 to 50 years Peak Expiratory Flow Rate ranging from 200L/min - 450L/min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with systemic illness and under regular medication. Pregnant women Those who practicing yoga and pranayama regularly Chronic alcoholic and smokers Subject having any other condition which directly or indirectly interferes the study
