Interventions

Intervention1: Nadi shodhana, Bhramari and yoga nidra: participants will practice nadishodhana for 5 minutes, bhramari pranayama for 5 minutes and yoga nidra for 30 minutes and the duration of 8 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with regular menses 2 Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects under any medication 2 Chronic illness like depression, anxiety and any other psychiatric disorders 3 Subject practicing yoga for the past 6 months 4 Subject undergone any surgery for the past 6 months
