Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for infra umbilical surgeries of less than 2 hour duration. ASA physical status 1 and 2. Basal metabolic index of less than 30 kg per sq meters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy or hypovolemia. Pregnant patients. Obese patients. (BMI more than 30 kg per sq meters) Height of the patients more than 180 cm or less than 150 cm. Patients with significant cardiovascular system, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, neurological or psychological diseases. Recent use of any analgesics, sedative drugs or antidepressants. History of alcohol abuse. Any contraindications to SAB.
