Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nephrological indications admitted to the nephrology ward of the Department of Pediatrics, Advanced Pediatrics Center requiring plasma exchange as part of the treatment (for conditions like ANCA associated rapidly progressive Glomerulonephritis, Anti-glomerular basement membrane diseases (Anti-GBM disease), Lupus Nephritis, Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), Atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, Drug-associated thrombotic microangiopathy) 2. Age upto 12 years 3. Parents/Guardians willing to give consent for plasma exchange procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to plasma, Protamine or Heparin 2. Hemodynamically unstable patients 3. Severe systemic illness like HIV, HBV, HCV 4. Evidence of septicemia
