Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age group 18 to 60 years. Diagnosed cases of low and high anal fistula. Irrespective of gender socioeconomic status,cast and religion, chronicity, operative recurrence. Track size below 10cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with HBsAg, HIV. Secondary fistula due to Ulcerative colitis Crohn’s disease Tuberculosis Carcinoma of rectum Hidradentis suppurativa Patients with bleeding disorder like Hemophilia. Bowel incontinence. Pregnant and lactating women.
