Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Diagnosis of chronic rhinitis based on clinical assessment and TNSS. • No polyp or anatomical constraints on Computed tomography of paranasal sinuses. • Age between 18 and 65 years. • Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Previous PNNN or any nasal surgery. • Known contraindications for corticosteroid treatment or PNNN. • Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis. • Severe comorbidities or conditions affecting study outcomes.
