Inclusion criteria: clinically diagnosed patients age less than 25years,with natural hair black/brown, willing to undergo investigations,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age more than 25, grey hair due to cutaneous disease involving scalp, vitiligo skin pigmentation syndrome, premature aging syndrome
