Intervention1: Piano music app (Active distraction combined with audio analgesia): A smartphone-based app called Piano music is used, in which by tapping on the screen the child can play nursery rhyme

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in the age group of 6–13 years 2. Child with positive (+) ratings of Wright’s modification of Frankl behavior-rating scale during the initial examination appointment 3. A child who requires the usage of an airotor for any indicated dental procedure of anterior or posterior tooth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any dental procedure that requires the usage of airotor but following the administration of local anesthesia. 2. Presence of any systemic and/or mental illness. 3. The patient who has experienced airotor usage previously for dental procedures. 4. The parent of the patient doesn’t sign the written informed consent form.
