Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with mild and moderate dry eye disease Patients of age group 15 to 45 years Patients willing to give written informed consent and assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital alacrima Patients undergoing topical medication for any other ocular pathologies. Participants who had undergone ophthalmic surgeries within last 6 months. External ocular diseases like conjunctivitis, corneal ulcer, episcleritis and scleritis. History of use of drugs like steroids until a month prior to the study. Sjogren’s syndrome,Stevens Johnson’s syndrome Lagophthalmos, Pterygium ,bell’s palsy,Symblepharon Known case of diabetes , chronic kidney disease ,chronic liver disease , endocrine disease, cancer ,nasal polyp Contact lens users Pregnant ladies ,lactating mother
