Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants between the age 18-40 years, irrespective of gender, caste and religion The participant’s blood pressure level should be in between 120-139 mmHg systolic and 80-89mmHg diastolic. Participants having positive DAS score. Participants willing to be registered for study with written consent. Participants having BMI less than 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of any severe systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Diabetes mellitus, Cardiac disease, Renal disease, Liver disease and malignancy. Pregnant and lactating women. Participants consuming alcohol, tobacco and smoking. Any other condition which jeopardize the result of the study will be excluded.

It is expected that at the end of the study we will be able to evaluate the effect of the Kushmand(Benincasa Hispida)Swaras in the management of blood pressure, stress, anxiety and depression which will be measured by sphygmomanometer and DASS-21 scale respectively.Timepoint: 45 days
