Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Must have a minimum of 5+ years of continuous experience in seeing clients. 2. Educational Qualifications may include minimum qualification of a Master’s degree in Psychology/ MPhil in Clinical Psychology with an RCI license. 3. Actively practicing devoting at least 50% of their professional time in seeing clients, handling clinical and/or cases pertaining to everyday life stressors. 4. Score 1 or more on the ACE-Q 5. Indian nationality 6. Access to online platforms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been diagnosed with any psychiatric disorder. 2. Undergoing a structured psychotherapy intervention.
