Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postnatal mothers with breast engorgement and pain. Who underwent vaginal delivery or lower segmental caesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postnatal mothers having Nipple problems such as nipple sore, nipple cracks, inverted nipple. Other postnatal complications. Those who are seriously ill
