Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Basketball players from age group: 18-25 years Foot arch height difference before and after weight bearing exceeding 10mm Within 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Ankle injuries within past 6 months History of any Surgeries within past 6 months Presence of other disorder affecting the Lower Limb Unable to perform Vertical Jump
