Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women in reproductive Age group [25-45 years] 2.USG Showing Fibroids of size = 5 cms. 3.Participants willing to undergo USG - pelvis and blood investigations 4.Participants willing to sign the informed consent stating that she will conscientiously stick to the treatment during six months of period but can opt out of the trial of her own conscious discretion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and Lactation. 2.Known case of Malignancy. 3.Anemia (Hb less than 8 gms /dl) 4.Participants whose USG showing Fibroids of size more than 5 cm. 5.Presence of hepatic and renal diseases. 6.Presence of other uterine pathologies. 7.Wash out period of less than 30 days.

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in size of the uterine fibroids. Reduction of symptoms which will be assessed by Visual Pain Analog Scale (VAS) and Pictorial Blood Assessment Chart (PBAC).Timepoint: Reduction in size of the uterine fibroids using USG pelvis at 3 months and 6 months Reduction of symptoms which will be assessed by Visual Pain Analog Scale (VAS) and Pictorial Blood Assessment Chart (PBAC) at every month.
