Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed for Osteoarthritis of knee by a competent orthopedician Able to read (English/ Tamil/ Hindi/ Bengali) Patient who can come for at least 2 days of therapy Patient or patient’s relative should have smartphone with video player

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorder causing sensorimotor symptoms Pain score of more than 8 on NPRS scale at the time of assessment Lower limb fractures, dislocations, ligament insufficiencies, or any Physical therapy intervention in the last 6 months Treated for osteoarthritis in the past 6 months Surgery in the affected lower limbs in the past one year.
