Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with clinical features of Karnanada as per classics irrespective of sex, caste and religion. 2. Patients of subjective tinnitus. 3. Patients in the age group of 20-60 yrs with intact and normal tympanic membrane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tinnitus due to congenital deformity, Objective Tinnitus, Pulsatile Tinnitus. 2.Patient with fluid in the middle ear. 3.Blockage due to stenosis of external auditory canal/wax. 4. Pregnant, immunocompromised patients. 5.Tinnitus due to non-otologic factors (Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid disease etc)
