Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All gender, subjects between 10-50 years of age 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of Alopecia Areata with SALT score of = 20 3. Patient willing to study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects below 10 and above 50 years. 2.Subjects with a known history of Seborrheic dermatitis, Lichen planopilaris, Scalp psoriasis, Tinea Capitis, Male androgenic alopecia, Alopecia Totalis, ophiasis, universalis, scarring alopecia Trichotillomania. 3.K/C/O Neuro and psychiatric disorders 4.Subjects who had received either Anti-androgenic medications or drugs causing hypertrichosis (phenytoin, acetazolamide, cyclosporine, diazoxide, psoralens, penicillamine, streptomycin, and cortisone) or hypotrichosis (anti-coagulants, retinoids, lithium and beta blockers), use of Ritlecitinib or other JAK inhibitors or topical minoxidil within 01 months prior to enrolment. 5.Subjects with surgical correction of scalp hair loss (hair transplant or scalp reduction).
