Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing for clinical trials and ready to give written consent. Patients with age between 30-60 yrs. Patients of both male and female sex. HbA1c - 5.7% to 6.4% with or without non – essential criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing for the clinical trial. Patient not fulfilling the inclusion criteria. Patients below the age of 30 years and above the age of 60 years. Fasting Blood Sugar Level more than or equal to 126mg/dl. Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level more than 199 mg/dl. HbA1c more than 6.5%. Patients of Insulin dependent Diabetes Mellitus (IDDM). Patients with diabetic complications such as impaired renal functions. Patients suffering from Secondary Diabetes. Gestational diabetes. Pregnant ladies and lactating mothers.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1 Reduction in scoring pattern of assessment criteria taken. 2 Symptoms of prediabetic patients will be assessed according to the assessment criteria.Timepoint: Follow up visit on 90th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1 To improve & manage the lifestyle of the prediabetic individuals. 2 To prove positive effect of saarodak in prediabetic individuals. 3 Improvement & management in eating habits & general health of the prediabetic patients.Timepoint: Follow up visit to Opd (0th day, 15th day, 30th day, 45th day, 60th day, 75th day, 90th day )
