Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of PCOS. 2. Patient between 18yrs to 45 yrs 3. Patients willing for trial. 4. Patients who are fit for Uttar Basti will be taken up for procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 yrs and above 45 yrs shall not be included. 2. Females suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease, premenopausal and menopausal syndrome. 3. Patients suffering from chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, bronchial asthma & Cushing Syndrome, evidence of malignancy. 4. HIV, HBsAg, HCV and VDRL positive patients. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Patients who are unfit for Uttar Basti.

Subjective parameters- Details of scores adopted of the main signs and symptoms in this study are as follows: (i) Acne Acanthosis Nigricans- Grade Acne Severity:Grading from 0-3 (ii) Hirsutism- it comes under Sthula Lomasha Ganda.Grading from 0-3 (iii)Oligomenorrhoea – Grade from 0-3 (iv)Delayed Cycle- Uchitakala Adarshanam- Grading from Nil to Severe , Scoring from 0-3Timepoint: In Group-A assessment will be done on day 0, after Uttar Basti Ist session, IInd session and IIIrd session respectively. In Group-B assessment will be done on 0 day, 30th day, 60th day,90th day.	—

GRADE OVARIAN VOLUME 0 Normal volume 1 16 to 18cc 2 18 to 20cc 3 Above 20 cc Timepoint: In Group A assessment will be done on day 0 after Uttar Basti Ist session, IInd session & IIIrd session respectively. In Group B assessment will be done on 0 day, 30th day, 60th day,90th day. USG will be repeated after 15 day of last follow up	—
