Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children of either sex in between age group of 10-16 years. 2 Diagnosed cases of bronchial Asthma (Tamaka Shwasa) with at least 3 episodes of asthma symptoms (cough, breathlessness) during the last 12 months. 3 Severity as mild to moderate stable asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Known congenital cardio- pulmonary defect. 2 Patient had been hospitalized for asthma within 1-month before and had unresolved sinus disease or an unresolved upper or lower respiratory tract infection within last 3 weeks. 3 Patient having severe feature of bronchial asthma (Status asthmaticus). 4 Asthmatic child with comorbidities like Tuberculosis, Nasal Polyps, Pleural effusion, Emphysema, Bronchiectasis etc. 5 Patient or parents/attendant not willing to be a part of the clinical trial.
