Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting to Government dental College, Kottayam with bilateral impacted lower third molars.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients on anticoagulant therapy. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases. Patients allergic to diclofenac or any NSAIDs.
