Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjective parameters Subjects Presenting with the symptoms of Gridhrasi (i e Pain radiating from Sphik Kati Prushta Uru Janu Jangha Pada Associated with Stiffness Pricking and Catching type of pain Frequent Tingling sensation Objective parameters Positive SLR -Straight leg raise test Positive Bragard’s Sign Subjects presenting with subjective parameters along with any one of the objective parameters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering with disorders like Benign or Malignant tumor of the Spine or Tuberculosis of vertebral column etc Any other systemic diagnosed disorder like Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular diseases which interfere the intervention Pregnancy and lactating women
