Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of both sexes in the age group of 6 to 12 years minimum 3-4 clinical symptoms may be included Cough Wheezing Tightness of chest Shortness of breath Fev1 more than 80%- Mild 60-79% - Moderate H/O previous recurrent episodes H/O onset of seasonal variation. Patient willing to co- operate spirometry. Patients informant /parent willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Status Asthmaticus Active primary complex Congenital heart diseases Pneumonia Any other serious illnes
