Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Participants diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus within 5 years Participants taking oral hypoglycemic drugs Participants belonging to 30 TO 70 years of age Participants having any or both the blood glucose levels with following ranges FBS 126mg/dl to 250mg/dl PPBS 200mg/dl to 350mg/dl HbA1c greater than or equal to 6.5 to 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes mellitus Participants who are known cases of other systemic illness Type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients with complications Participants who are known cases of psychiatric illness Pregnancy and Lactating women Participants having completed any other trail with in past 6 months
