Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA -1 and 2 patients of either sex 2.Patients of aged between 20-60years 3.Patients undergoing elective upper limb Orthopaedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refusal 2.Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs 3.Patients with bleeding diathesis, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and severe hepatorenal disease 4.Patients with epilepsy and mentally unstable patients 5.Pregnant and Lactating women 6.Local site infection , Peripheral vascular disease and Neurological disease 7.Patients on chronic analgesic therapy and anticoagulant
