Inclusion criteria: Healthy Individuals admitted for Shardiya Virechana Camp, Admitted for Snehana Karma and who want to go for wellness Those who are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to participate in this study. Virechana Anarh like Arsha, Adhog Raktapitta, Bala, Garbhini.
