Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with symptoms of numbness tingling sensation and pain in thumb index middle and radial half of ring finger in hand for more than 1 month Participants with positive signs of Tinels sign Phalens test Durkans test and Hand elevation test Based on BCTQ Participants with score in the moderate range of 23 to 33 of Symptom Severity Scale and score in the moderate range 17 to 24 of Functional Status Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women congenitally small carpal canal Participants with advanced stage of carpal tunnel syndrome,atrophy of thenar eminence and pulp of fingers with BCTQ score more than 33 of Symptom Severity Scale and score more than 24 of Functional Status scale Participants with previous history of carpal tunnel release surgery and with any other serious systemic illness,hypothyroidism,Post traumatic history,Fracture of upper limb
