Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary hypertensive patients of both gender willing to sign the consent form within the age group of 30 -60 yrs 2. Primary Hypertensive patients under medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Secondary Hypertension, Cardiovascular complications, Thyroid disorders and Psychiatric Disabilities. Patients who are doing yoga and stress reduction techniques regularly for past 1 month. Women during pregnancy, Patients who are regularly taking alcohol
